This research is motivated by the crucial importance of procedural discipline in health laboratories, which is absolute to ensure work safety and medical accuracy. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of reinforcement techniques in a behavioristic approach toward student discipline in the Pharmacy Laboratory of SMK Kesehatan Nusantara Pamekasan. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the dominant types of violations included incomplete practicum attributes (lab coats and journals) and a lack of student concentration. The research findings reveal that positive reinforcement in the form of additional grades is less effective in significantly changing student behavior due to desensitization to administrative reinforcement. Conversely, the application of strict sanctions (punishment) in the form of expelling students from the laboratory proved to be more effective as a final disciplinary instrument. The main obstacle found was students' lack of self-confidence, which triggered dependence on peers. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the implementation of discipline in the pharmacy laboratory is more successful through an educative strict sanction approach rather than mere administrative positive reinforcement
