Archiving Policy
EJORI: Educational Journal of Indonesia ensures the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content through multiple archiving mechanisms. The journal is committed to maintaining permanent availability of published articles, even in the event that the journal is no longer published or maintained in the future.
All articles published in EJORI are archived and preserved using the following systems:
- PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN):
The journal participates in the Public Knowledge Project Preservation Network, which provides decentralized and distributed preservation of OJS journals to ensure long-term accessibility and integrity of published content.
- LOCKSS and CLOCKSS Systems:
EJORI supports digital archiving through the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) systems that allow libraries to preserve permanent access to journal content.
- Institutional Repository:
Published articles are also stored in the institutional repository of Yayasan Pendidikan dan Sosial Madania Nganjuk, Indonesia ensuring secure backup and local access.
- Indexing and Crossref DOI Registration:
Each article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and indexed in online databases, providing persistent links and long-term discoverability.
Through these preservation initiatives, EJORI guarantees that all published articles remain accessible, citable, and retrievable in perpetuity, reflecting its dedication to open access, academic continuity, and the advancement of educational research.
