This study aims to examine the integration of office management principles in optimizing the governance of Islamic educational institutions. Administrative management in many Islamic educational institutions is often still technical and fragmented, resulting in less effective institutional governance. This research employs a qualitative approach through library research by analyzing relevant literature on office management and educational governance. The study focuses on key principles such as planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and information management, and their relevance to institutional effectiveness. The findings indicate that integrating office management principles strengthens administrative professionalism, enhances organizational coordination, and promotes transparency and accountability in institutional management. This integration repositions administration not merely as a supporting function, but as a strategic instrument in developing effective Islamic educational institutions. The study contributes theoretically by offering an integrative conceptual framework and practically by providing recommendations for improving governance systems in Islamic educational settings
