This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (ISE) teachers' strategies to increase students' motivation for worship at MI Zainul Hasan Genggong through the application of contextual and spiritual approaches in the learning process. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon that some students still perform worship solely due to external motivation, rather than spiritual awareness born from the heart. Therefore, Islamic Religious Education cannot be delivered solely cognitively; it must also address the affective dimension and foster intrinsic motivation for worship. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a library research model, through analysis of scientific journals, Islamic education books, and previous research relevant to the context of MI Zainul Hasan Genggong. The results show that Islamic Religious Education (ISE) teachers implemented contextual strategies by linking worship material to students' concrete experiences, as well as spiritual strategies through role models, persuasive advice, fostering communal worship, and demonstrating worship practices. This approach has been proven to encourage students' internal drive to worship consciously, voluntarily, and with full appreciation. This study concludes that Islamic Religious Education learning that integrates contextual and spiritual approaches not only improves students' cognitive understanding, but also succeeds in forming long-term religious awareness and motivation for worship
