Peer Review Process

Review Policy

The review process of Postmodernism: Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies follows the following policies:

  • All submitted manuscripts must follow the journal guidelines and template provided by the editorial team.
  • The journal employs a double-blind peer-review process, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the review process.
  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers to ensure academic quality and objectivity.
  • Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on the title, abstract, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, and conclusion. They also assess the novelty, originality, and contribution to scholarly discourse, as well as issues related to plagiarism and publication ethics.
  • Reviewers provide recommendations on the manuscript decision, which may include: accepted, minor revision, major revision, or rejected.
