COMMUNA: Journal of Community and Local Wisdom is a scholarly journal that undergoes a peer-review process and is published regularly twice a year. This journal focuses on studies of community empowerment and the strengthening of local wisdom values within the contexts of education and social development, particularly those based on community and local potential.
COMMUNA publishes articles derived from research, conceptual and theoretical studies, as well as best practices related to community service, social engagement, and participatory development. This journal aims to serve as an academic forum for lecturers, researchers, practitioners, students, and observers of social issues to exchange ideas, critical reflections, and empirical findings that contribute to sustainable community development and social transformation.
