  • If any article is found to violate copyright, it may be reported to the journal’s principal contact via email.

  • The journal is not responsible for any misuse of information published on the website.

Open Data and Software Publishing

The journal encourages research transparency and replicability. Authors are expected to share all data, code, or research protocols supporting their published work, unless justified otherwise in a public statement.

Datasets and software should be deposited in trusted repositories such as re3data, GitHub, GitLab, Bioinformatics.org, ZENODO, Dryad, or Dataverse. Persistent identifiers (such as DOI) must be included in the manuscript and referenced appropriately in the article.

Where no domain-specific repository is available, authors may use general repositories. Small datasets may also be included as supplementary files, although repository deposition is strongly preferred.
