Soybeans are a strategic commodity that plays an important role as a primary raw material for various processed food products; however, the development of soybean farming continues to face several challenges in both production and marketing aspects. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of soybean farming in supporting the sustainability of the processed food industry in Nganjuk Regency. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, where data were collected through in-depth interviews with soybean farmers, processed food industry actors, and relevant stakeholders, complemented by field observations and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative techniques through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that soybean farming in Nganjuk Regency generally demonstrates promising business feasibility, supported by land availability, farmers' experience, and relatively stable demand from the processed food industry. In conclusion, soybean farming in Nganjuk Regency shows considerable business feasibility potential in supporting the processed food industry, as indicated by the availability of resources and relatively stable market demand; however, the sustainability of soybean farming still faces several challenges, including price fluctuations, limited access to capital, and weather-related factors. Therefore, policy support, strengthened partnerships, and improvements in cultivation technology are required to enhance competitiveness and ensure the sustainability of soybean farming businesses
