Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to Madinomics: Journal of Economics and Finance undergo a double-blind peer-review process. This means that both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous during the review process to ensure impartiality and objectivity.

Each submitted article is initially assessed by the editorial team to ensure alignment with the journal's scope and formatting requirements. Manuscripts that pass this initial screening are then assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.

Reviewers are expected to evaluate the manuscript based on:

  1. Originality and contribution to the field
  2. Theoretical and methodological soundness
  3. Clarity of presentation and structure
  4. Relevance and accuracy of references

The review process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. Final decisions (acceptance, revision, or rejection) are made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewer recommendations.
