Penyuluhan Hukum Problematika Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah di Desa Jatigreges Pace Nganjuk

Abstract

This community service project aims to enhance the understanding of land rights acquisition among residents of Jatigreges Pace Village, Nganjuk Regency, to mitigate conflicts and ensure legal certainty. The approach employs participatory legal counseling methods, including interactive lectures, group discussions, and administrative assistance for land certificate applications. Findings indicate a 30% increase in land certificate applications and a 25% reduction in land disputes within six months post-intervention. Residents have begun to comply with legal procedures, and the formation of local working groups and emergent leadership have facilitated social transformation. The practical implication highlights the effectiveness of community-based empowerment models in improving access to justice and sustainable land rights management. The originality of this project lies in its synergy of legal education and strengthening local institutions to realize just and legally certain land rights at the village level.
