Bandung Village, Prambon District, has the potential for developing red ginger cultivation. However, the community has not optimized this potential due to a lack of technical knowledge and dependence on chemical fertilizers. This community service program aimed to increase the productivity and economic value of red ginger through organic farming assistance using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The implementation method consisted of four stages: participatory mapping, program planning, action implementation (technical training, organic fertilizer production practices, and polybag cultivation), and reflection and evaluation. The program involved 35 participants, consisting of farmer groups and PKK women. The results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge, with average pre-test scores of 45.6 rising to 82.3 in the post-test. Red ginger productivity reached 0.75 kg per polybag, generating a net profit of IDR 5,575,000 from a 200 m² demonstration plot. A Joint Business Group (KUBE) named "Jahe Merah Sejahtera" was also established to ensure program sustainability. The PAR approach proved effective in transferring appropriate technology while building community independence. It was concluded that organic red ginger cultivation assistance can enhance farmers' capacity and has the potential to be developed as a sustainable alternative income source
