Pendampingan Eco-Cengkok: Gerakan Hijau untuk Desa Berkelanjutan dan tangguh

Abstract

The Eco-Cengkok Assistance Program is a community empowerment initiative aimed at strengthening the village’s capacity to achieve a sustainable and resilient environment. The mentoring activities were conducted over six months, involving 120 residents, including village officials, community groups, and local youth. The program focused on enhancing a community-based green movement through education, training, and the implementation of environmentally friendly practices such as integrated waste management, natural resource conservation, and simple environmental technologies. The results show a 72% increase in environmental awareness, a 38% reduction in non-organic waste, and the establishment of three environmental action groups that continue to implement follow-up activities. Additionally, 80% of participants reported being able to replicate green practices in daily life. This program is expected to serve as a foundation for strengthening ecological, social, and economic resilience in a sustainable manner.
