This study aims to describe the intensity of social media use and students' moral development and to examine the influence of social media use intensity on moral development. The study employed a quantitative field approach with a causal-associative design during the 2025/2026 academic year. The population consisted of 35 eleventh-grade Religious Program students, and 32 respondents were selected through simple random sampling using the Slovin formula at a 5% error level. Data were collected using a closed Likert-scale questionnaire distributed through Google Forms and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed that social media use intensity was in the moderate category (mean = 58.625), while moral development was in the high category (mean = 70.81). The regression coefficient was positive (B = 0.462), with t = 2.307, p = 0.028, and R² = 0.151. Thus, social media use intensity had a positive and significant influence on students' moral development, explaining 15.1% of its variance
